While placing the order, the customer shall provide the following details:
- Name of the recipient
- Flat number/Bungalow number
- Name of the building
- Name of the road/street/marg
- Contact number – landline/mobile
- Nearest landmark
- Email address
The Superfood Project or the assigned delivery partner will attempt to deliver once. If the
said delivery is not successful, the customer shall be charged for redelivery in the following
cases:
- Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
- Non-availability of the recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises
- Refusal to accept products delivered at the place or to the person specificallymentioned by the customer other than the customer himself
- Incorrect contact details withholding the delivery personnel to reach the customer
- In the event of force majeure or civil disturbances being applicable
Tracking numbers, if available, will be automatically emailed on the day of the shipping to
the email address provided by the customer.
Packages shipped by The Superfood Project are not insured against loss or damage. The
customer shall check the parcel/packet while accepting the same.
Depending on the product availability, a few orders might take more than 10 – 12 days to
ship. Customers will be contacted by email or mobile if there is any such problem related to
processing the order or shipping the product in time.
For the orders intended to be received before a specific event or a festival, where a specific
delivery time frame is important, customers are advised to place the order at least 30 days
before the expected delivery date. For urgent deliveries, kindly contact us before placing the
order.
Currently, we ship our products only in India, across multiple cities. If the location mentioned
is not serviceable, we will inform you over email.
The Superfood Project reserves the right to modify, limit or cancel orders at any time
including but not limited to orders that are incorrectly priced or which The Superfood
Project believes are harmful to The Superfood Project or any of its suppliers or vendors.
